Returns Policy – Sintel Goods
You can return a product to Sintel Goods within 14 days of receipt. Please register your return by email with your order number.
Terms and Conditions
The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Hygiene products such as soap can only be returned unopened.
Custom made or personalized items cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days via the same payment method.
Received damaged or wrong product
Is there something wrong with your order? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the problem. We'll resolve it promptly.
