Sintel Goods Returns Policy
At Sintel Goods, we handcraft our products with great care in Leiden. We hope you're happy with your order. Is there something not quite right? Read on to find out how we can resolve it.
1. Reflection Period & Returns You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
2. Exception: Hygiene Please note: An important exception applies to our care products (such as soap, lip balm and creams).
These products can only be returned if the seal (sticker/closure) has not been broken.
If the packaging has been opened or the seal broken, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for health and hygiene reasons.
Accessories (such as ceramics or soap dishes) can always be returned, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
3. How do I report a return? Want to return something? Please send us an email first so we know it's on its way.

Please state your order number and which product you wish to return.
You will receive the return instructions from us.
4. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs from your home to our workshop. We recommend sending the package with Track & Trace to ensure it reaches us.
5. Refunds Once we receive your return in good order (and unopened), we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 business days. We will use the same payment method you used for payment.
