General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1. Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products to consumers at a distance;
2. Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
3. Distance contract: an agreement concluded between the trader and the consumer within the framework of a system organised by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products, whereby up to and including the moment the agreement is concluded, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 4 – The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.

Article 5 – The Agreement

Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, the agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer can cancel an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during a reflection period of 14 days without giving any reason.

Article 7 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products that are made to the consumer's specifications, such as personalized perfume bars.

Article 8 – The price

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products offered will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.

Article 9 – Delivery and execution

The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products.

Article 10 – Payment

Unless otherwise stated, amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 14 days after the start of the cooling-off period.

Article 11 – Complaints procedure

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur fully and clearly described within 7 days.

Article 12 – Disputes

Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
